It all starts with cathode copper, or scrap copper, which is fed directly into the melting furnace of our QL1 composite furnace system. Here, the copper is melted by a frequency inductor and fed in liquid form into a transition chamber. The liquid copper mass flows automatically into the holding furnace, where it is deoxidized by a layer of carbon. In the holding furnace, the copper liquid is quickly converted into a casting rod by the crystallizer of the casting machine. This is then pulled out by the casting machine's double pull-off roller. As soon as the casting rod is drawn off, it is taken to the coiler. The copper is then either sold directly or used in our other production processes. Thanks to this special process, we are able to produce copper of excellent quality that meets the high demands of our customers.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
